Participants will learn about nutrition (macro and micro nutrients), meal preparations, and understanding how food and energy is processed, used, and stored by the body. Participants will also learn about importance of sleep, recovery, injury prevention, and mobility & flexibility training. Upon completion of the course participants will develop a meal plan that is accessible and economically savvy. Participants will have the tools to develop a repair & recovery log to track how their body responds to various amounts of rest, supplementation, and sleep.
